AGM 2007 UPDATE.

The date for the 2007 AGM is 23rd May 2007.

the meeting will take place at the stoke village hall at 7.30pm

the day of the AGM will be the last day for existing members to renew their current membership.

applications not received by the 23rd May shall be considered lapsed and their place will be offered to those on the waiting list.

Don't Panic, you have not missed it!

due to circumstances centred around working commitments, holidays, hall availability etc,  the AGM date had been postponed. it has been posted here first.
